When Volleyball Practice Gets Cancelled

So my oldest daughter’s Volleyball practice got cancelled last night. Her friend and her still wanted to practice, but it was getting dark.

Problem solved:

We ended up practicing for about 2 hrs until it was getting late enough I didn’t want to piss off the neighbors. Knew that lightbar was good for more than backroad/trail bombing.

God that glare is horrendous. Sadly I’m sure some truck/Jeep bros will use that on road.

But, good thinking outside the box.  Have to use the nice weather while you still can.

I saw a ‘90s F-150 with cataracts and a lightbar. You can guess which was producing enough light for the driver to see.

I use it on backroads when there’s no one around, otherwise it’s off-road use only ( exception to the occasional asshat that doesn’t dim their lights ).

I’d be worried about making them crash into you. lol

It’s funny, when I had my Crosstrek I used to get flashed all the time with the low beams on. That would usually piss me off and turn on my high beams momentarily to let the driver know they’re wrong.

Not worried about it, I’m always ready for evasive maneuvers.

I have people flash me all the time in the car. Generally I just flash back, but the occasional A-hole just turns their brights back on. Those people get the brights + the grille mounted LEDs. That usually changes their mind really quickly.
